Design Consulting

AutoCAD Drawings
This service involves inputting spaces into CAD. Drawing plans in CAD using existing CAD drawings, making changes, and / or measuring a space and inputting it into CAD.
Space Planning
Planning out a new space or rethinking a space to make it functional and form fitting. Includes moving existing items to better utilize the space or bring in new items as needed.
Floor Plan & Elevation Drawings
The creation of a bird's-eye view or "blue print" of a space. Elevation Drawings outline space details with dimensions of a wall, cabinet detail, window detail for both clients and contractors.
Design Programming
Meeting with clients and / or departments to discuss the needs of the space, categorize and creating a design program and layout to fit the needs requested. This includes adjacencies, use of space, meeting proper clearances and codes as well as creating an appealing environment.
Computer Renderings
In this service, we create a drawing of your space in 3D view with finishes and furnishings to show the conceptual design.
Design Boards
Let us create a snapshot of your space by either digital media or actual finish samples. A design board pulls together materials used on a project onto a board, allowing you to view and see everything altogether - giving you a better sense and feel of the space and design vision.
Repurposing & Reconfiguring Space

Design Presentation Packages
This service involves the pulling together of a slide show presentation of different aspects of the project. This can include a design concept statement, design or project intent, boards, drawings, specifications, budget information, or any other pieces to the specific project being presented.
Furniture, Finish and Fixture Selections & Specifications
We can help select any or all of these items for a space. This includes selecting what fits the design while working within a set budget. We will gather all selections, options, pricing, lead time information, shipping, delivery and installation information for any of the items needed for a space.
Art & Accessory Selections & Specifications
This involves working within a finished space or planning for a new one; working with you to put the finishing touches in by selecting artwork or accessories and recommending locations within a space.
Project Management
Whether it be an installation or a move, we help you manage the timing, schedule and crews. We will work with the different trades to coordinate timing, whether it is new construction or change to an existing space. This can include any documentation or drawings needed to complete this task.
Installation and Relocation Services
This service includes meeting with you on your project and needs. Working alongside project managers and general contractors, we can help you achieve your installation goals. Tools we can provide include floor plans, schedules, elevation drawings, programming materials, and inventory tracking. Services we provide throughout the duration of your project include consultation, pre-install due diligence, and project management.
